The Co+Kitchen features four unique, commercial-grade kitchen spaces: a Master Kitchen, a nut-free Baker’s Kitchen, and a Prep’n’Dining space. The Master Kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped with everything you could ask for. The Baker’s Kitchen is a compact and self-contained space with its own oven, making it a great nut-free option for bakers. The Prep’n’Dining space is perfect for small-scale work like jam making and can easily convert into an event space for hosting cooking classes or experiential dining events for up to 20 people seated comfortably.

1. Can I rent the kitchen by the hour?
Yes, our kitchen is available for rent on an hourly basis, making it flexible to suit your production needs. Rentals start at a minimum block of 4 hours.
2. Is there storage available for my ingredients or supplies?
Yes, we offer storage options for both dry and cold goods, ensuring your items are secure and easily accessible.
3. When can I access the kitchen?
Our facility is open 24 hours a day, allowing you to schedule production at any time that works best for you.
4. What certifications or permits do I need to rent the kitchen?
You must have an Alberta Health Services Food Handling Certificate and Permit to rent our commercial kitchen. And also passion for food!
5. Is insurance required to use the facility?
Yes, renters are required to have a $2 million liability insurance policy for safety and compliance purposes.
6. Can I book kitchen time in advance?
Absolutely! You can reserve your production time ahead of schedule, helping you stay organized and plan efficiently.
7. Can groups rent the kitchen for activities?
Yes! Whether it’s your friend group, study group, or any other type of group, you can rent the kitchen for your activities, from cooking sessions to team-building events to private dining.
